Cluran (Gaelic for thistle) is a generous-sized triangle shawl knit on a bias. The garter stripes give a sharp contrast to the traditional thistle lace pattern creating a striking effect. It is a fun and interesting knit that is very customizable depending on the colours you choose. Make it edgy with sharp contrasting colours or more subtle with similar tones.

As my tester Francoise described this knit, “it was addictive… just like a good book, you don’t’ want the story to end”

This pattern has been tested and tech-edited. Testers report it’s a fun easy, and relaxing pattern.
